Order books now open for Peugeot 208 and e-208 in the U.K.

Order books in the U.K. for the all new Peugeot 208 and e-208 are now open, with deliveries starting in early 2020.

Since April, buyers have been able to place a refundable reservation on limited 208 and e-208 models: The GT Line 1.2L PureTech 100 S&S eight-speed automatic, the 1.5L BlueHDi 100 S&S six-speed manual and the 100% electric e-208. Peugot has now opened the order books across the entire new 208 and e-208 U.K. model lineup, ahead of the first scheduled deliveries in early 2020. 

The all new 208 is available in Active, Allure, and GT Line trims, while the e-208 comes in Active, Allure, GT Line and range-topping GT specification.

Prices for the all new 208 and e-208 in the U.K. start from $27,500 and $42,500 respectively in Active trim, after taking into account U.K. government subsidies.

The all new e-208 uses a 50kWh battery and 134bhp electric motor to provide a 340km range from a full charge under WLTP testing, with charging up to 80% of the battery possible in just 30 minutes from a 100kW fast charging station.
