Lexus has announced the launch of its Test Drive Concierge service, an elevated offering that allows customers to test drive and experience their dream Lexus at their own convenience.

The new service is being offered as part of Lexus' commitment to refine its customer experience and in emulation of the Japanese principles of Omotenashi (Japanese for hospitality). Guests can now experience the same level of luxury experience from the Lexus boutique right at their doorstep. Models being offered for the test drive service include the IS, the NX and the RX, among many others.

Interested parties simply need to register their interest by completing a booking form available here, and a Lexus Sales Consultant will get in touch with them to arrange for a test drive appointment at their preferred location, date, and time (between 9:00am and 7:00pm). The Lexus Test Drive Concierge is not applicable for weekends, the eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays. Other terms and conditions apply.
