Suzuki has unveiled a refreshed Suzuki Singapore website that will provide customers the opportunity to explore and purchase their dream Suzuki from the comfort of their home. This comes as part of Suzuki's efforts to continually understand and anticipate the needs of their customers.
Despite the reopening of showrooms and aftersales facilities, Suzuki has taken the opportunity to spur their digitalisation journey and evolve their digital offerings with a one-stop platform that provides access to the brand immediately.
Customers can familiarise themselves with Suzuki cars virtually, make informed decisions with an updated content library, and even purchase their dream car right there and then.
Customers can 'visit' the Suzuki e-showroom and interact with the Swift, the Vitara, and the Jimny, minus the crowd. Once they are set on buying, they can use the Suzuki e-purchase to select a model, choose an exterior colour, and reserve their unit with a refundable deposit of $500. A sales consultant will then follow up with the order.
With dedicated car model pages, all information on each Suzuki will be on one page, including digital brochures for download. Lastly, an embedded finance calculator in the website will help customers estimate monthly payments, should they wish to purchase a car.
