It's a case of out with the old and in with the new for Haas in 2021, with the American team unveiling a revised livery for the car in which the all new driver lineup of Mick Schumacher and Nikita Mazepin will make their Formula One debuts.
Haas' 2021 car shows off a new look that ditches the familiar grey of Haas Automation - owner Gene Haas' tool company - for a predominantly white livery. There are also stripes of blue and red, which in addition to the white denote the Russian flag, in support of their title sponsor Urakali, a fertiliser company that is part-owned by businessman Dmitry Mazepin, Nikita Mazepin's father.
The VF-21 will be rolled out in front of the Haas garage at the Bahrain International Circuit on the morning of Friday, 12 March 2021, before running gets underway for pre-season testing. Haas has said its rookie drivers, who replace the experienced lineup of Kevin Magnussen and Romain Grosjean, will split the running between them each day of the three-day test.
Haas finished ninth in the constructors' championship last year, one place above Williams, and is facing a difficult campaign this year having decided to limit development to focus on the 2022 car when regulations change.
