Euro NCAP, Europe's leading car safety assessment programme, has announced that the latest safety results for vehicles released in the 2022 model year will be released on Wednesday 26 May 4:00pm Singapore time.

The upcoming round of publication will the third time the organisation releases test results this year. Its previous instance revealed the safety ratings for the acclaimed Volkswagen ID.4 and the Cupra Formentor's plug-in hybrid derivative, both of which earned the coveted five-star award. 

Euro NCAP organises crash tests on new vehicles, providing motoring consumers with a realistic and independent assessment of the safety levels of automobiles on sale. Established in 1997, Euro NCAP is backed by several European Governments. It has become a catalyst for encouraging safety improvements to new car design.
