  • McLaren and Castore unveil summer sportswear collection

Inspired by the design of McLaren's supercars, the summer 2021 collection incorporates lightweight, superior fabrics.

Luxury supercar company McLaren Automotive unveiled its summer capsule collection with British premium sportswear brand Castore. The collaboration between the two performance brands introduces a line of technical clothing engineered for both sporting and everyday use.

Inspired by the design of McLaren's supercars, the summer 2021 collection uses lightweight, technically superior fabrics and manufacturing techniques, creating a range that feels as luxurious to wear as a McLaren does to drive - without compromising performance.

The McLaren Performance Jacket's trim cut creates a distinctive, sleek silhouette
Standout pieces from the new summer line include the lightweight, water-resistant McLaren Performance Jacket. It is constructed from a breathable, high-stretch performance fabric with a matte bonded finish. A trim cut creates a distinctive, sleek silhouette.

Similar to McLaren aerodynamic design, the Superlight Vest and T-shirt optimally controls airflow to maintain maximum performance. Made from a high-stretch aerated mesh, both garments have laser-cut eyelets to enhance ventilation and breathability.

This is the second collection released by Castore in collaboration with McLaren. It follows the announcement that from next year, Castore will be producing the team kit for the McLaren Racing Formula One team.

The collection is available for purchase in Harrods' Knightsbridge store, Castore stores, and Castore's online shop.
