The average monthly supply of COEs for the quarter of Feb 2022 to April 2022 will drop to 3,482 from the current quarter's supply of 3,528.

The supply of Certificates of Entitlement (COE) for the February to April 2022 quota period is set to drop across all car categories except for Cat E.
An average of 3,482 COEs will be available for bidding each month in the coming quarter, a fall from the average of 3,528 available in the quarter from November 2021 to January 2022, the Land Transport Authority announced on 14 January 2021.
The COE supply for Cat E cars will increase from an average of 290 to 360 each session for the quarter of February to April 2022
The COE supply for Cat A cars (up to 1,600cc and 130bhp) will average 1,062, holding steady against the current average of 1,063.
Meanwhile, the COE supply for Cat B (above 1,600cc or 130bhp) will average 1,099, down from the current average of 1,173.
COE supply for Cat E however, will see an increased supply in the coming quarter, from 290 for the November-January period to 360 in the coming quarter. COEs in this category can be used for any vehicle type except motorcycles but end up almost exclusively for bigger cars.
