The new Honda HR-V has arrived in Singapore.
Sporting a new clean and modern design, the car commands attention with its frameless grille up front. The silhouette from the flank meanwhile sees the car sporting a long bonnet and a crisp horizontal beltline.
And at the rear, the minimalist design philosophy carries over onto the sleek tailgate and rear lamp design.
Honda's 'Man-Maximum, Machine-Minimum' interior design principle, first seen on the new Honda Civic, has also been applied to the cabin of the Honda HR-V.
The SUV thus has had any visual noise removed from the instrument panel. A unique 'Air Diffusion System' here also helps elevate the sensation of airiness within the cabin by directing air along the front door windows to the roof, aiding circulation within.
There's also a new 9.0-inch display audio interface that features wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity in the Honda HR-V.
9.0-inch infotainment display comes in the cabin will offer wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity Drivers can look forward to a 7.0-inch TFT meter within the instrument cluster (4.2-inch in the petrol variant) that provides vital information such as driver-assistance system information, driving mode selected and all driving information.
The Honda HR-V is also equipped with anti-fatigue body stabilising front seats, which work with a 35mm increased leg room for rear passengers to make the everyday drive a more comfortable one.
The SUV is available here in Singapore in two different drivetrains. The first petrol-only variant is equipped with a 1.5-litre four-cylinder that delivers 117bhp and 142Nm of torque.
A hybrid variant is also offered, with a total system output of 131bhp and peak torque of 253Nm. This hybrid model claims to deliver a fuel economy of 23.3km/L.
