Volkswagen of America, Inc. has revealed its line of accessories, now available for U.S.A owners of the eighth generation Golf GTI.
The line starts with custom front and rear lip valences and a roof edge spoiler, all from Oettinger Sports Systems GmbH. Also available are LED dynamic turn signals by Osram. Darkened when not in use, these turn signals move in a sequential fluid motion, from the inner mirror housing to the outside edge.
Owners in the U.S.A can head over to any Volkswagen dealership to have the lip valences, roof spoiler, and dynamic turn signals installed The custom lip valences, roof spoiler, and dynamic turn signals can be installed by any Volkswagen dealership in the U.S.A, with the latter not needing any special coding.
Volkswagen Golf GTI and Golf R owners in the U.S.A will also be able to enhance the exterior styling of their cars further, thanks to dynamic wheel centre caps with model-specific logos, which will become available in early 2022. The dynamic center cap design allows the GTI or R logo to self-level and stay upright while the vehicle's wheels and tyres are in motion.
Finally, the line of accessories also comes with special carpets to help protect the floors and rear bumper guards to help protect the rear bumper against damage during the loading and unloading of cargo.
