Fancy yourself a talented racer? You can put your driving skills to the test from 30 August to 20 September at the McLaren Singapore showroom.
Ahead of the upcoming Formula One Singapore Grand Prix, McLaren Singapore is offering budding sim racers a chance to win weekly prizes by taking part in a Time-Attack Challenge hosted at the McLaren Showroom at 5 Leng Kee Road.
Weekly prizes are up for grabs for the quickest sim racers! Each participant will have three laps, driven in a Formula One car on the Singapore GP circuit. Each week, the three participants with the quickest lap time will each win exclusive prizes.
Designed by sim racing specialist SimFai Solutions, the rig found in the McLaren Singapore showroom replicates the rather extreme seating position of a Formula One car. This gives you a better taste of what it feels like to race in a single seater car (and also how challenging it is).
The SIMFAI CONSPIT Formula Pro features a Mclaren Theme Edition SIMFAI CONSPIT F1 Racing Chassis with Formula Seat and Pneumatic Slider System, MOZA racing R16 direct drive motor base and a FSR F1 wheel, CPP-F2 Hydraulic Formula Pedals, and is finished in McLaren Tarraco orange paint.
