The BMW M Hybrid V8 has completed testing in Europe, ironing out teething issues, and will be heading to the U.S.A for further preparations.

Supporters of BMW M Motorsport will be pleased to find out that testing of the BMW M Hybrid V8 race car has been going well. Andreas Roos, Head of BMW M Motorsport, stated that his team has completed extensive testing, uncovering weaknesses of the car that have subsequently been solved.

Roos also explained that the team prioritised attaining feedback from as many drivers as possible to get an impression of how their prototype handles. Fortunately, responses from drivers have been very positive, paving the way for a successful race outing.

Still think that the BMW M4 has huge grilles? 
From September, BMW M Motorsport and BMW M Team RLL will continue the test work at various racetrack in the U.S.A.

Performance and reliability will play an increasingly major role before the 24 Hours of Daytona in January 2023.

BMW M Motorsport states that a host of different drivers will be used again during these tests.
