Classic and specialist vehicle online auction platform Car & Classic is offering the opportunity to own a piece of obscure Italian motoring history, the only styling model of a Cizeta-Moroder V16T, one of the rarest sports cars ever built.

As a styling prototype the bright red wood and composite model has no drivetrain. It served as the basis for famous composer and song writer Giorgio Moroder's Cizeta-Moroder V16T, powered by a transverse-mounted V16 engine (technically, two flat plane V8s). Zampolli and Moroder had been drawn together by their mutual love for Lamborghini sports cars when they decided to launch the Cizeta venture.
