The Honda Prologue is marketed as a car to complement the brand's light truck lineup, sitting above the Honda CR-V and alongside the Passport.

Honda has revealed the design of the exterior and interior of the all new Honda Prologue electric SUV that will be launched in North America in 2024. The Prologue features a clean, 'Neo-Rugged' exterior and interior styling with ample interior space.

The design objective of the Prologue was to have a modern and fresh looking SUV, with clean and simple surfacing.

The North Shore Pearl exterior colour was inspired by the scenery surrounding Lake Tahoe
The Neo-rugged design language aims to bring together elements from nature, to the exterior and interior of Prologue.

The Prologue will be available in an exclusive North Shore Pearl exterior colour, which was inspired from the colours near Lake Tahoe in California. Moreover, the visual of fresh fallen snow on the mountains was used to inspire the charcoal and light gray interior colour.

The Prologue will have a wheelbase of 3,093mm, and is about 203mm longer and 127mm wider than the 2023 Honda CR-V.

The Prologue will possess a generous amount of interior space for passengers and cargo
Honda promises a generous interior for the Prologue, which will provide ample space for passengers and cargo. It will boast a cabin rich in tech, coming with a standard fully digital 11-inch driver display panel and an 11.3-inch audio/connectivity display.

Honda's research shows that customers of hybrid cars are among the first to move into fully electric products.

Honda also plans to increase the model mix of the 2023 CR-V to 50% hybrid sales. In this way, the company's increasing hybrid sales volume will help to grow a future EV customer base.
