With two official authorised BMW dealers now operating in Singapore, BMW Asia has decided to come up with a reference guide to make owning and buying a BMW simpler, answering questions that new and existing customers might still harbour.
BMW Asia states that both dealers (Performance Motors Limited and Eurokars Group) will retail the same range of vehicles and provide competitive pricing for its cars.
Both dealers will retail the same range of BMW vehicles As of 1 October 2022, all new BMW customers will also be provided with a five-year BMW Service Inclusive Plus and BMW Extended Warranty at no additional cost.
Servicing and warranty packages purchased by customers are also sold by BMW AG or BMW Asia. This means that the packages can be utilised with any authorised dealer, with customers facing no repercussions*.
Existing BMW customers can have their vehicles serviced and maintained at any of these authorised service centers run by Sime Darby: Sime Darby Performance Centre, located at 303 Alexandra Road, Singapore (159941), Sime Darby Business Centre, located at 315 Alexandra Road, Singapore (159944), and the East Coast Centre, located at 280 Kampong Arang Road, Singapore (438180).
A recently introduced perk for BMW customers is the five-year BMW Service Inclusive Plus and BMW Extended Warranty, at no extra cost BMW customers can also opt to have their vehicles serviced and maintained at any of these authorised service centers run by Eurokars Group: Eurokars Auto, located at 29 Leng Kee Road, Singapore (159099), or the Eurokars Aftersales Centre with BMW-certified body and paint shop, located at 27A Tanjong Penjuru.
A new 'Collect and Delivery' service is also now being offered, which sees both dealers collecting and delivering vehicles to customers' for servicing at their preferred locations.
As for used car trades, both dealers will accept trade-ins and retail pre-owned vehicles. Interested customers can check out Performance Premium Selection Limited or Eurokars Pre-Owned, although BMW Premium Selection by Eurokars Auto Pte Ltd will only begin in the second half of 2023.
