Bentley is opening up to 200 new vacancies as part of this recruitment drive, with close to 50% of new roles focused on electrical competencies.

Bentley Motors has announced that it is starting a recruitment drive, creating 200 new roles as it pushes ahead its Beyond100 strategy.

Available vacancies are said to cover the full spectrum of the business, ranging from electrical engineers to engineering project managers. Approximately 50% of available roles are said to focus on electrical competencies as Bentley aims for full electrification of its product range within seven years.

The firm states that it has recently introduced hybrid working - a blend of onsite and remote working. Its new engineering offices, meanwhile, now sport new collaboration zones to promote interaction, and moved to hot desks or no individual offices, to both save space and encourage more impromptu discussion and greater teamwork.      

Bentley is working to launch five new electric models by 2030. The firm aims to redefine its credentials as the benchmark manufacturer in sustainable luxury mobility.
