Seat starts electrification journey at Martorell site

Seat is celebrating the 30th anniversary of its Martorell site as it begins its transformation into the electric age.
Seat's main factory will begin production of fully electric vehicles by 2025 for different brands within the Volkswagen Group.
Both Seat and the Volkswagen Group will additionally contribute to the electrification of Spain with the Future: Fast Forward project. The plan will see the electrification of the firm's Martorell and Pamplona factories, the construction of a new gigafactory for batteries in Sagunto, Valencia, and the creation of a complete supplier ecosystem.
