Automotive importer Hong Seh Evolution has announced that it has been awarded the sole distributor rights for DFSK commercial vehicles in Singapore and New Zealand by the SERES Group.
The SERES Group was previously known as Sokon Group, but underwent a name change in July 2022 as part of strategic planning and efforts to unify the company's brand image.
The Hong Seh Group, meanwhile, is no stranger to the electric vehicle scene here in Singapore, being responsible for bringing Tesla models here back in 2018. Hong Seh Evolution, a subsidiary of the Hong Seh Group, has also led the sales of DFSK commercial vehicles here in Singapore.
Hong Seh Evolution states that we can expect the launch of the DFSK EC31 Electric Refrigerated Truck here in Singapore within the coming months. The firm also plans to begin customer deliveries of the SERES 3 electric SUV here in Singapore by the second half of 2023.
