The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has released the 2014 open tender exercise schedule for the 2014 Certificate of Entitlement (COE) vehicle quota system.

The COE Open Bidding System is designed to handle large numbers of bids. Nonetheless, transmission of bid data through the system could be delayed by external factors. Hence, bidders are advised to submit their bids for COE early, as the system will only process bid submissions or reserve price revisions that reach the processing system before the closing time at 4:00pm.

The first tender exercise for October 2014 will be adjusted to accommodate the Hari Raya Haji holiday. Monday, 6^th October 2014, is a public holiday, in lieu of Hari Raya Haji, which falls on 5^th October 2014 (Sunday). Thus, the tender exercise will be held from 7^th October 2014 (Tuesday) to 9^th October 2014 (Thursday).
