Before K Power technicians head out, they will ask a series of questions over the phone regarding the broken down car. This is done to help narrow down and identify the problem, it also allows them to get a clearer picture of the problem and know what to expect when they arrive.
Upon arrival, K Power technicians will conduct a series of checks to further narrow down and help to identify the problem. They will inspect the car's battery, alternator and starter; areas that are more likely to be the cause of the problem.
In the unfortunate event your car needs a tow, K Power technicians will recommend a workshop and towing service based on their professional experience. The decision, however, is entirely yours to make.
It is worth noting that if the problem is found to originate from something other than the battery, K Power will charge a minimal fee of $30 to cover its transport costs.
Expert in all things battery related
The company doesn't just offer on-site battery assistance services though, it is also an expert in all things battery related. Need a new battery? Head down to K Power for its range of batteries.
This includes K Power batteries, which are imported from South Korea, Amaron, as well as Enhanced Flooded Batteries (EFB) and Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) batteries for vehicles with Auto Start/Stop features (these cars require different batteries from conventional ones).
Every one of K Power's batteries comes with a one-year warranty, this includes its 24/7 roadside battery assistance service.
Keeping the customer's needs in mind
Most workshops do not attach their hotline numbers directly onto the batteries they sell. It doesn't seem like a big deal but when the need arises, it is definitely a lifesaver. Also, most workshops in Singapore aren't open 24 hours a day.

The company also offers its 24/7 rescue services to customers who have bought any one of its batteries and called the K Power ResQ hotline. This aftersales service, however, only applies during the one-year warranty period.
The K Power ResQ breakdown recovery department is a recent addition to the company and currently has two vehicles on the roads, it plans to roll out another one next year.

Plans for the future
