  • Eclipse Auto - Placing customers' needs as top priority

A car can be a great help in our daily commute. But regular maintenance can be a hassle in the wrong hands. Find out how a quality workshop can help.

The hectic working lifestyle in Singapore means that many spend less than a quarter of their time at home. The long working hours also caused most of them to return to the comfort of their homes only during the wee hours.

Bomb stickers are a popular choice for motorists who are looking to customise their cars' looks
While many turned to personal transport to enjoy the added convenience, owning a car also comes with its hassles, such as regular servicing and vehicle inspection. Besides having to rely on alternative modes of transport, motorists may end up skipping between workshops to have different parts of their cars done up.

For instance, specialist workshops may only solve air conditioning issues, while there are others that specifically handle general servicing, tyres or wheel balancing.

Eclipse Auto - Placing customers above all

Recognising this social trend, Eclipse Auto started off its car servicing business with a twist. Placing its customers' needs as priority, it operates at rather unique hours - from 3:00pm to 3:00am daily.

To cater to increasing customer flow, it has moved into a bigger facility six months ago. The current location allows for faster turn over time, which has also seen sales pick up by 30 to 40 percent.

Credit also goes to the improved customer experience, which has garnered a strong following of loyal customers.

Eclipse Auto specialises in aftermarket accessories, ranging from Head-up Displays (HUD), LED lighting, audio systems to window tinting and car body bomb stickers. These accessories have received positive feedbacks among car enthusiasts who are looking to differentiate their rides from others.

Since start up, the company firmly believes in creating value for the customer. It values every walk-in client, and believes that the best advertising is through word-of-mouth.

A wide range of aftermarket accessories is available at the workshop, including electronic gadgets such as reverse and in-car cameras
To allow customers to enjoy a fuss-free experience, the workshop has also ventured into other automotive services, such as automotive air-con servicing, and general maintenance including fan belt and brake pads replacement.

Armed with sharp business instincts, the founders of the company are always on the lookout for new items, which can add value to their existing range of products and services.

For instance, they have recently brought in a new range of back up battery pack, which acts as a multi-purpose charger for the car's battery, as well as IT gadgets such as hand phones and laptops.

Eclipse Auto is located at 155 Kaki Bukit Avenue 1, Shun Li Industrial Park, Singapore 412016. For more information and updates on Eclipse Auto, please visit their website or their facebook page.
