Koh Guan Chua Workshop has the dexterity to tackle car insurance issues, a dingy and faded paint job and even an engine overhaul, all under one roof.

Growing progressively within a short period of time, Koh Guan Chua Workshop is one of the most frequented and talked about all-in-one workshops, thanks to its great customer service and advanced spray painting methods.

Koh Guan Chua turns bodywork repair into an art

Who is Koh Guan Chua Workshop and what services does it offer?

Established in 1967, Koh Guan Chua Workshop specialised mainly in spray painting, bodywork repair and accident claims. It then grew to include services like bodykit installation, panel beating and servicing. From Japanese-made cars to continental ones, Koh Guan Chua Workshop can handle them all.

Currently, the workshop also deals with fleet management. "Some of our customers are bosses of their own companies, and when they like our service they hand over 10 or 30 company cars for us to take care of," says Mr. DJ Koh, Director at Koh Guan Chua Workshop.

Specialising in paint protection, chrome painting and high end water transfer printing, Koh Guan Chua Workshop is at the top of its game when it comes to customised paint jobs. There are about 20-odd staff working tirelessly to meet the expectations and demands of every individual customer.

What are some of the advantages of taking your car to Koh Guan Chua Workshop?

Because it's a one-stop automotive workshop, you can expect your beloved set of wheels to be taken care of from head-to-toe whether it has to do with cosmetic changes, regular servicing and maintenance or repairs.

The workshop also has a wide array of automotive bodykits for most car makes and models, and its comprehensive product range is continuously updated to meet the needs of an ever-changing automotive market.

Be it machinery or software, Koh Guan Chua Workshop invests in the latest models and upgrades to provide unparalleled repair jobs. DJ and his team of friendly and dedicated technicians will assist you from the start to the end of the entire accident, repair and claims process.

Its services include accident repair and claims, spray painting, 24-hour tow service and car servicing. At Koh Guan Chua Workshop, its staff are professionally trained and have years of experience. Few other workshops have the capability to provide such comprehensive service under one roof.

Mechanics hard at work to ensure shorter waiting time for  customers

    Why Koh Guan Chua Workshop?

DJ and his team of technicians work hard at creating strong customer relationships - something he seems to be doing well considering 80 percent of his customers come through word of mouth.

As the company strives to meet the individualised needs of its valued customers, a marketing team was recently appointed to make sure that customer relations are optimal.

The business transactions here are honest and transparent. DJ does his best to make sure that every single one of his customers' leave the workshop with a peace of mind.

Planning a trip to Malaysia might not be as daunting in the future with Koh Guan Chua watching your back

What to expect in the future?

Koh Guan Chua Workshop intends to extend its presence overseas. DJ understands that when it comes to claims, things can get tedious if you're involved in a road accident abroad. This is why he intends to open a one-stop workshop in Malaysia.

To expand further, DJ has engaged a professional business consultant (Impact Analysis Consulting) to bring Koh Guan Chua to the next level, and to stand out from the crowd.

He also has plans to open a third one in Thailand, a country that is growing to be a popular destination for enthusiastic motorists who feel stuck in the confines of Singapore's urban jungle. Singapore, Malaysia or soon Thailand, Koh Guan Chua Workshop will have your back regardless.

Koh Guan Chua Workshop is located at Block 7 Sin Ming Industrial Estate Section C, #01-78 Singapore (575642) and 176 Sin Ming Drive, #02-04 Sin Ming Autocare Singapore (575721). For more information, please visit its website or Facebook page. Alternatively, you can WhatsApp DJ Koh at 9321 0855 or Melvino Kiong at 9451 6585.
