The Japanese factory, which first started operations back in 1961, will be shuttered as part of Nissan's "Re:Nissan" recovery and restructuring plan.
The Bluebird has been equipped with the drivetrain from a Leaf to celebrate 35 years of production at Nissan's Sunderland plant in the U.K.
Available in seven charismatic body colours, the Nissan Sylphy includes five all-new colours: Dark Blue, Steel Blue, Titanium Grey, Bordeaux Red and Brilliant Silver.
