The new Nissan Sylphy has arrived with minor cosmetic alterations - a front direction lamp that features an amber-coloured lens - a returning fashion trend that we've seen.
Inside, the Nissan Sylphy gets a facelift with a newly-designed centre console and a black, restyled meter. In addition, the interior is also equipped with a new factory-fitted audio system and and digital climate control.
Other new features include a vibrant reddish-orange interior illumination, and an internal colour-coded door lock mechanism.
The new Nissan Sylphy is also available in two engine choices. Nissan claims for its 2.0-litre MR20DE engine to be capable of furnishing 90% of maximum torque at 2,000 rpm, the most frequently used engine speed in daily driving.
The other choice is the all-aluminum 1.5-litre HR15DE engine that is matched a 4-speed automatic.
Fuel consumption figures from Nissan are 6.9litre/100km (14.5km/litre) for the 1.5-litre, and 7.3litre/100km (13.7km/litre) for the 2.0-litre.
The Sylphy retains the intelligent key system featuring keyless entry & engine ignition, allowing you to unlock or lock your doors and track, as well as start the engine, without removing the key from your pocket.
