    C$64,989▲  $5,889  85179
    E$113,299▲  $1,298  165260

In the first round of bidding for September, Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums rose for Cat B and E while premiums for Cat A fell.

Residual new car buying interest from the still recent Cars@Expo event could have fuelled the rise in premiums for Cat B and E COE.
