In the second round of bidding for June, Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums climbed for Cat B and E, while premiums for Cat A slipped. This latest rise in premiums for Cat B COE has brought it higher than the premiums for the category before LTA made a one-time adjustment to increase the supply of COEs.
The launch of the popular Mercedes-Benz GLC here could explain the sustained premiums for both Cat B and Cat E COE.
