In the second round of bidding for October, COE prices fell for Cat E while premiums for Cat A and Cat B saw an increase.

The recently announced decrease in supply for Cat A COEs may have prompted buyers to make their purchases this month, fuelling the increase in premiums for smaller cars this bidding round. Meanwhile, the premiums for Cat C COEs continue their upward climb supported by strong demand for last mile delivery services.
