MINI creates custom, one-off JCW Convertible

MINI has pulled the covers off its newest custom creation: A special one-off John Cooper Works (JCW) Convertible for a longtime enthusiast of the brand who resides in the U.S.A.

The result is a midnight black and custom-tinted metallic green two-tone exterior, hand-sprayed and clear-coated in the form of a custom design where the left and right sides are colour-inverted, creating a diagonal colour split across the entire exterior.

This is all complemented by a fully matched interior, featuring green stitching, painted belt covers, custom-accented bands, a bespoke "MINI.01" badging system and personalised labels throughout, all reflecting the colours of the owner's favourite U.S.A football team.

The soft top features a tonal Union Jack graphic, a nod to the vehicle's British roots and Plant Oxford heritage. Inside, the green colourway extends across more than 50 individually specified details, including a metallic, green-trimmed Harman Kardon speaker surround, custom door armrest overlays, a MINI.01 steering wheel badge, a personalised floor mat, and instrument cluster identifiers.

Fully street-legal, this MINI JCW Convertible has completed its production phase and is currently enroute to its new owner.
