The Range Rover Evoque now gets an 11.4-inch infotainment screen, a new Kvadrat wool blend for its seats, as well as new colour options for its exterior.

Land Rover has updated the Evoque.

The Posche Macan rival now gets its grille design updated, adopting the one we saw in cars such as the Range Rover Sport, visually unifying the design of the range of products across the Land Rover brand. The Range Rover Evoque also now gets super-slim Pixel LED head lights, another feature that we saw on the Range Rover Sport.

The roof of the Range Rover Evoque can now be had in either Narvik Black or Corinthian Bronze

Supporting these design updates are new exterior colours for the Evoque. These include Arroios Grey, Tribeca Blue and Corinthian Bronze for the exterior of the Evoque, which can be contrasted against either a Narvik Black or Corinthian Bronze roof. These options are said to better highlight the design features of the Evoque, including its floating roof, unbroken waistline, and its flush door handles.

In the cabin, the Range Rover Evoque now gets an 11.4-inch Pivi Pro infotainment system, replacing the previous car's 10-inch system. This new system appears to float on the dashboard within the driver's eyeline, for improved visibility.

This system supports wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto, and also comes with Amazon Alexa built-in. The new system also now houses the climate controls for the Evoque, so the centre console now offers additional storage space, and houses a redesigned gear selector.

The Range Rover Evoque can also now be had with seats upholstered with Kvadrat, a wool blend fabric that is described as a luxurious, tactile and a contemporary alternative to leather. The new material is said to have been put through 60,000 cycles of abrasion testing, the equivalent of 10 years of use. It has additionally been subjected to UV testing that simulates three years of exposure to harsh sunlight in just one month.

The new Range Rover Evoque is available with a range of mild hybrid options, starting with a 1.5-litre three-cylinder that offers 158bhp. The car is also available with either a 197bhp or 247bhp 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine. The Evoque range is topped by a P300e plug-in hybrid option that utilises a 1.5-litre engine and a 107bhp electric motor fed by a 14.9kWh battery to develop a peak system output of 304bhp. This plug-in hybrid Evoque will offer an electric-only range of up to 48km.
