Sgcarmart hosts executive forum for CARnival dealers

You know all about the 2025 Sgcarmart CARnival by now, but did you know that we also hosted another forum at Expo that week?

Behind closed doors, representatives of the dealers present at the Sgcarmart CARnival got an opportunity to attend an exclusive forum at Expo to better learn how to grow their reach on social media and to utilise artificial intelligence to better optimise their daily operations.

Those who attended this executive forum got to learn about some of the best tools that TikTok and Google now has to offer!

Present at this forum were dealers including CarTimes and Car Choice as well as JMEV and Dongfeng. And kicking things off was a representative from none other than Tiktok, which showcased to those present the various campaigns that other firms have already launched on the platform, as well as the engagement opportunities that those present could also capitalise on.

But Tiktok wasn't the only big name in the room, also present were representatives from Google and Tridorian, who offered the dealers a showcase on how their AI tools could not only streamline their workflow by automating process including the filling up of digital forms, but also be used to identify opportunities including popular vehicles currently in demand in the market, or to quickly retrieve sales and financial figures from the databases.

The session proved engaging for our dealer partners who were full full of questions for the invited speakers

And the presentations proved quite relevant for the dealers - the meeting room abounded with questions for both Tiktok and Google, and the dealers present were all keen to engage the platform representatives with more questions even after the sharing session ended for a spot of lunch.
