Shocking wedding proposal at Nissan showroom

They walked away with a Diamond Ring from Lee Hwa Jewellery, a romantic dinner on a luxurious yacht and a wedding photoshoot with the all-new Nissan 370Z, and all he had to do was spring a surprise proposal in front of a crowd of car-shoppers at the Tan Chong Motors' Bukit Timah road showroom on Valentines day.

It started on the 9th and 10th of February, where listeners of Lush 99.5FM were invited to share their most romantic declarations of love. The lucky guy (pictured) with the winning entry was be given the chance to propose to his loved one in an all-expense paid surprise proposal, complete with a diamond ring, lush flowers, champagne and the works on Valentine's Day!

The blissful couple also walked away with a romantic dinner on a yacht and a wedding photoshoot with Nissan's hottest car in 2009, the Nissan 370Z.

Others weren't spared - walk-in customers were treated to luscious chocolates, velvety ice cream and ladies got to bring home an adorable stuffed toy bear. Couples were also able to take part in a photo booth fun shoot with the Nissan 370Z in order to "appear" on the covers of Torque magazine via photographs printed on Canon printers.

In the spirit of romance and all things sweet, goodie bags also awaited couples who came for a test-drive in matching outfits. Customers also enjoyed sizzling hot Valentine's Day deals like a romantic Valentine's dinner at il Lido with every purchase of a Nissan car, as well as an additional free weekend getaway at the Siloso Beach Resort if it was red in colour.
