In a few weeks' time, the famous Michelin guide inspectors will descend on Singapore to check out the city's dining scene in preparation for a guide to Singapore's first-ever list of Michelin hotels and restaurants.
Available in 2016, the 26th edition of the international Michelin guides collection will enable locals, leisure visitors and business travellers to discover the Michelin guide recommendations that best fit their budget and taste.

The city is a cultural and commercial crossroad and its gastronomy is enriched by influences from all over Asia, which makes it particularly attractive to foreign chefs. All the necessary ingredients are there for a great selection! Our inspectors are eager to start wandering the streets of Singapore and unearthing some exceptional restaurants."
The Michelin guide Singapore, the first Michelin guide to be launched in Southeast Asia will be available in a bilingual version (English and simplified Mandarin).
