Reliability alone is not enough

First thing that strikes me at the Lexus showroom is how far behind they now trail the continental makes..
Showroom was virtually empty even considering the ongoing renovations..
As for the RX270, like my current Murano, it's got loads and loads of space.
3 jumbo adults at the rear is no problem.. Even 2 adults 2 kids are fine
It's a shame SG now values small engines with turbo charging so even the ever reliable Lexus is suffering.
Expect the CEVS surcharge in July to cause an even bigger drag on sales
