Editorial Review
What we like
Neatly-styled, but still boasts good presence in person
Offers sufficient punch despite its Cat A positioning
Space for days in the second row; large boot and decently usable frunk
User interface well calibrated between physical and digital controls
Impressive real-world range of 500km+
Competitively priced
What we donβt like
Slightly conservative outlook
Doesn't ride nearly as well as expected from a large-ish SUV

Good alternative to Tesla
Review
After driving the MG S6 for over two weeks, it proved to be an easy EV to live with in Singapore. The instant torque makes it smooth and responsive in stop-and-go traffic, and it feels quiet and relaxed on daily commutes.
The 77kWh battery provided plenty of range, easily lasting a week or more of driving before needing a charge. Inside, the cabin feels modern with a large touchscreen and a spacious layout. Rear passengers get very spacious legroom, and the boot is practical for groceries or bully goods.
Overall, the MG S6 focuses on comfort and practicality, making it a fuss-free electric SUV for everyday driving.
