Currently owning a Honda CRV 2.4. Among all the Honda cars I have droved. This is one of the best. But so is the price... It is more costly than most cars. Comfort, luxury, engine power... It has it. But the offside is that the petrol consumption is very high too. But what do you expect from a 2400cc car? It gives you lots of stability on the road and as this car is not small in size, it does not allow other cars to bully u on the road.

Probably the most spacious SUV `

My dad recently bought the 2.0 version.Not much features as compared to the 2.4 version.The 2.4 has sunroof,gps,push start button,touchscreen,bluetooth,paddle shifters that the 2.0 does not have.This 4th gen CRV is the most goodlooking car than the older gens.Its top competitor is the Mazda CX-5 which not bad too.The CRV is worth every cent as it is very reliable.Overall it is a good car for family!

You have a choice in powering CR-V - a 2.0 or 2.4-liter inline four-cylinder engine that's mated to a five-speed transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard and all-wheel drive is optional.

CR-V - still comfortable and still Honda ! `

The Honda CR-V needs no introduction. I personally owned one in 1997 and I would recommend it again just based on its establish product reliability.
Equipment-wise, I can only best described the new CR-V 2.0L as modest. You will still find a good old key (now a more pocket friendly jack knife design) to start the car, and an easy to use audio system to keep you entertained while you are on the smooth.
The most visible feature on the inside is the 5" LCD screen Honda call i-Mid. It does nothing very much except to display the radio info, clock and air-con settings.
However, from the brochure the Eco Assist system sounds promising.
During the test drive, the SOHC i-VTEC engine is no screamer but coupled to Honda's good old 5-speed automatic gearbox, it gets the job done adequately and the gear changes is surprising smooth and quick.
The Eco Assist should not be overlooked. A pair of guide bars turn green the moment I ease off the throttle and drive smoothly. Many cars claim good fuel economy on paper and blames your driving style when you cannot achieve the good fuel economy they claimed on their car. I think this system would be very useful if it is proven to deliver its goods.
