The MINI Cooper S Roadster is a two-seater open top car which can be considered a lifestyle car. The MINI Cooper S Roadster recently won "Open Top of the Year 2013" at "Car of the Year Awards 2013", which was organised by "What Car?". The cars under the MINI brand are made by BMW, who also owns the brand. BMW is known for its quality and reliability. ============== It has a distinctive sporty exterior with its round headlights, hexagon-shape radiator grille and sport stripes ( found on the bonnet and rear of the car ). It comes with a semi-automatic retractable soft-top which can acts a "roof" ( cover ) for the car. This soft-top will fold neatly behind the seats when it's lowered. The back of the car ( boot ) offers ample storage space with a volume of 240 litres. Various parts of the car was designed to improve its aerodynamics. Examples include the height of the car and the use of the automatic active rear spoiler. The dashboard has a circular speedometer in the centre, giving it a retro look. It has two seats and they are designed to provide comfort and support. The car offers a choice between a six-speed manual transmission or a six-speed automatic transmission.
