Skoda Kodiaq (Parallel Imported)

Have a 2021 Kodiaq sport trim 1.5L. Up until this month have been quite happy with the car in terms of features and quality. However, on my 2nd annual servicing (20months, 29k km) found out that my front disc pads had worn down and gouged my discs. Rear discs are fine. Despite my efforts to convince the dealer (VW/Skoda Alexandra) that this was premature wear - they would not budge and I am forced to replace. Have owned several SUV & pickup trucks before and never had one wear out the brakes inside of 2yrs. Sharing as I dont think the quality & service level is up to par with the Skoda Kodiaq.... Just bought kodiaq ambition last week. Excellent am immaculate service from Mr.Jason. Down to earth personality. Explained everyvdetails of the car with passionate . Though I changed 5 cars in every 5.5 years, I find his passionate towards customer service is beyond boundaries . Impressed with him on car complete demo during test ride. Most like part is auto parking , vertical parallel parking . First drive the SUV Value for money , previously car was BMW grand tourer . Spacious interior. I like the car panoramic view of front . Loads of feature almost equal to BMW . My kodiaq version do not have memory seat . Even in BMW I did not use this feature seldome used in 5 years.. Same road tax for a bigger care compared to bmw grand tourer. Ok his republic of checq make everyvdetails of car designed carefully towards need of drivers. Fantastic experience with sales .
