Then only SUV better than the 1.2 C5 Aircross is… `

The 1.6 C5 Aircross… Although no longer bought in by C&C due to it being in Cat B, the 180bhp C5 Aircross drives better and the Aisin 8-speeder shifts smoothly from the get go.

Family friendly just got even better `

It's soft, comfortable, and great for the whole family. This Citroen C5 is now available with just a 1.2-litre unit, so there's less road tax to pay, and less frequent visits to the petrol station.

Economical SUV with decent punch! `

The Citroen C5 Aircross used to be a bold and flamboyant SUV with its loud orange accents. This 1.2-litre variant is something different altogether. It loses the roof rails, orange trim pieces, and gets an overall more conservative, raised MPV-like look. And its also all CAT A-friendly as well!

Suprisingly its better than i thought `

Was looking for a SUV or a Crossover but prices are high due to high COE of Cat B which most SUV is under. Saw this C5AC going at $119,999 and under Cat A COE. Curious, make a call and went for a test drive with family of 5. I was told this variant is using a 1.2L instead of 1.6L engine. I keep asking myself is the engine is ood enough for a 1.4T body? SE say try it out and see how it perform. Once we enter the car, the seat was still in fabric version but SE is qiuick to say that it would leather as the test car just aririve not too long ago. Like the interior and the LED meter cluster. The indivdual seat also suprised me, my 3 big kids seated behind quietly without any drama. With 5 of us in the car off we go...Am suprised that the 1.2 engine 3 cylnder didn't struggle much and as momentum contnue, the ride was quiet and very comfortable. The 8 spped does a good job changing gears smoothly. Only complian is the start stop feature comes on and off when there is a small jams. Making a vibration when engine is started....It best to keep it off. Next, is history...We confirm this ride on the spot. SE offer us a good deal and some freebies here and there. Joined our local C5AC group and slowly learn from the senior there makes the ride even more enjoyable.
