Best Value for Money MPV
I fell in love with this car the moment I saw it. Most MPV would kill your pocket but not the Serene E Power Hybrid. A full tank can travel up to 1000km, road tax is 1/3 of a petrol engine, price is amazing for an MPV this spacious and comfortable. It will be unfair to compare it to luxury cars in terms of handling, interior or tech. If you have to compare, compare it with MPVs of the same price range and you will see why this car is the best in it's class.

Nice and big ride
Was looking around for a 7 seater and also comparing a couple of models before deciding on serena. Spacious with lots of headroom. Whole family can sit comfortably inside without squeezing and thinking how to store baby stroller and other things. Went to lengkee Nissan and was assisted by Jolene. Jolene was very helpful and always go the extra miles to answer my query. Thumbs up to her.

Hollow van
First impression of this car was that it is very spacious and looks pretty decent. Upon closer impression of closing the door and knocking against the metal sheet, I felt that it was very cheap and "Hollow". This was attested after i went for a test dricve. Battery pack gave good torque below 50km/h but after that had no pull at all. When cars passed me initially, i thought windows were not closed fully but they actually were! Shows how bad soundproofing is. A lot of engine roar even when not stepping hard on accelerator. Got an offer of 125k. Admittedly that is good price for such a spacious mpv but the unrefined powertrain and loud cabin made it unacceptable for me. Crash test rating for this car was pretty bad too
