Was looking around for a family car and was unsure at the start what vehicle to get as there was so many options around. Was introduced to the Niro By Dom Wong at C&C and was thoroughly impressed especially when compared to similar CATA vehicles especially the tech and build quality. It was super spacious inside and the test drive was done professionally by Dom. He brought us through different road conditions and got us to experience the car's ride quality and road handling. After one week of driving, no regrets with the purchase. Smooth ride everyday.

I have been driving the Niro hybrid for two weeks. The drive is smooth and it has a good pick up. I love the Auto Hold feature as it allows me to take my foot off the brake. In case I am distracted and not notice the car in front of me driving away, a gentle alarm goes off to alert me. The process of buying the Niro was as smooth as the car's performance. For this I must thank Dom Wong, the sales executive who served me. He is highly knowledgeable and explained to me in detail the various features of the car. Dom is always a message away in case I have a question to ask. A great help for a new owner.

The Niro SX Hybrid is well equipped with many up to date safely features from adaptive cruise control with land keep assist (keep the vehicle at the center of the lane) which is SAE Level 2 that offer partial driving automation that is so useful on long distance drive on highway and also comes with lane departure warning, front and rear parking sensors, blind spot warning and 8 airbags. It's also come with two 10.25" Digital display cluster with support of wired and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, electric heated and ventilated front seats which is so useful in Singapore weather, heated steering wheel and ISOFIX points too. Full LED headlight, rear lights and also front and back fog lights. Electric open tailgate with smart auto tailgate open when key fob is detected with the driver and stand at the back.

Ride is smooth with seamless switching battery and engine with the newer 1.6NA smartstream engine that was shared by its brother Hyundai Kona and Avante Hybrid that come with 129HP (detuned from 139HP) and 265nm combined torque. Acceleration from a stop was instant with the battery being use till around 60km/h before the engine kick in. Surprisingly good amount of legroom for the front and back passengers and very good fuel consumption.

Downside are the $17000 price difference from EX COMFORT to SX and even the SX only still come with 16" Wheels by default as compared to other countries that come with 18" Wheels. Missing features on key fob like remote start and allowing to move vehicles front and back via the key fob for tight parking lot.

Coming as a driver of over 20 years, the 2024 Kia Niro Hybrid EX already has some really advanced safety features put together in an aesthetically pleasing package. Every pleasant drive (thus far within the first week of getting one) is not without our equally pleasant amd top-notch service experience with our sales consultant, Mr Alvin Tham of C&C Kia, who has identified and addressed our various needs while in the process of getting a new car. Aside to specific needs-wise, he has been instrumental in familiarising me with various controls during delivery, and addressing my queries post-delivery. This is coming from a non-hybrid driver of past years where driving has almost been taken for granted and where knowledge has to be learnt, or unlearnt to relearn, and Alvin's assistance is reassuring on this respect. Kudos to Mr Alvin Tham of C&C Kia once more! Looking forward to more great journeys!

I've driven two other models (Toyota Altis the past 7 years, Mercedes E-class before that), and wanted to switch to a car which is more environmentally friendly (i.E. Fuel efficient), could accomodate 2 adults and potentially 2 kids comfortably, and has a sportier look. Staying in a HDB estate with limited charging points for EV, I looked within the hybrid SUV class and settled on the Kia Niro Hybrid (EX). First time owning and driving a Kia, and I must say it's my favourite so far. The in car entertainment features are adequate, overall comfort level is high even with aircon at level 1/2 (out of 5) amidst the hot weather, and the fuel economy has been excellent (~4.5L per 100km so far after more than 200km driven and frequently on roads with fair number of start/stops).

My salesperson Dom Wong is also very proactive in responding to my questions leading up to the car purchase and after car collection which I appreciate.

What I like
- Fuel economy
- Spaciousness for my family
- Lane assist function is helpful
- Sporty look (I had gone for Cityscape Green)

What I do not like
- Engine start / stop button being in the middle panel. Would prefer it to be on the driver side below the wheel

Love the car even though i took the EX model. Has everything you need and unless you are looking for more equipment and functions then go for the SX. Otherwise the ex comfort pack is really good enough. Smooth drive, comfortable and super fuel efficient. Feels like a contential car.

Also Dom from C&C made the entire purchase pleaseant and fuss free. He is fast, knowledgeable and i highly recommended looking for him should you want to purchase a niro.

I drive the car for a week, feel great, interior and exterior are excellent to me, engine is quite and the drive is fun, in additional safety features like child lock and auto alignment is really good stuff that can save your life, back trunk is big and really can fit in many stuffs especially I have 2 children.

The salesperson is Dom Wong, he is very professional in explaining and show me the car features. Thumb up for him

The Niro was the first compact SUV we saw and became our benchmark.

It set the benchmark really high as the other cars we saw after did not catch our attention as much as the Niro.

No doubt a big contender in the line-up of hybrids of 2024. Interior is super spacious, much more than other SUV crossover. The features, become intuitive after several usage. Much thought has been put into the design, including - Child Lock feature at a touch of a button. If you like your car clean and spotless of watermarks, then the grooves that make the car sporty will drive you insane. The drive, torque is amazing, takes humps like a champ. More importantly, our salesperson Dom Wong, whom attended to us was non-judgmental as we were just looking around. His knowledge and own experience which he shared freely with us was the game-changer.
