Kia Niro Hybrid

My first car that I've owned. I purchased the Comfort EX as it was on sale. Collected more than a year ago. Extremely spacious for its size and cc. The drive is also very smooth. The back seat can easily fit 4 average sized Singaporeans. The boot can easily fit 2 large luggages and then some. It is extremely fuel efficient in Singapore where I rarely drive above 100km/h. However, fuel efficiency drops once I travel at speeds beyond that (mostly in Malaysia). This car is definitely a huge value add to my family and so far, hasn't been anything close to a liability. Extremely pleased with our choice.

Received my kia niro on Apr and been driving since now. No complaints on the car and it's performance.

I had recently bought a Kia Niro Hybrid, and was sold the car by Dom Wong. I think the car is a good car, as it feels smooth when driving.

I have been driving a Nissan Syphy for the past 10 years, couple months ago visited cycle and carriage Alexdrandra road and was served by Dominique Wong, initially looking for a entry level model but eventually persuaded by Dom for a Niro Hybrid SX which comes within alot more smart and safer features, have been driven for 3 weeks and very happy with its performance, like particularly on the smart cruise and the smart registration system.

I recently test drove and purchased the 2025 Kia Niro Hybrid from Cycle & Carriage (Alexandra Road), and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional.

Coming from a Honda Jazz 1.3, I was initially unsure about making the switchâ€"but the transition was surprisingly smooth. The Niro is intuitive, comfortable, and packed with features that are easy to pick up on, thanks in no small part to my sales consultant, Dominique Wong.

Dominique was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. We were looking for a car as we just had a new addition to the family and after researching, we decided to go for a KIA Niro Hybrid EX comfort. The salesperson who attended to us is Dom Wong, and he is highly recommended - extremely detailed, experienced and humble. The car itself is easy to handle, has rear aircon, has fantastic real world FC (we average 4.1 L/100KM or ~1000 KM per tank) and we especially appreciate the car's longer wheelbase (we were deciding between the Niro and the Hyundai Kona hybrid) which translates into more legroom and boot space (super important when ur baby is fussing). Plus the city scape green that we got is such a nice color!

I recently switched from a 2018 Honda Freed to a Kia Niro EX Comfort Pack, and it's been an easy transition. I must commend Dom Wong for the outstanding service he provided. I didn't read any reviews about him or make an appointment in advance, but as soon as my family and I entered the showroom, he was the first to approach us. Unlike many salespeople, he didn't aggressively push for a sale. Instead, he took the time to share valuable information that addressed our needs. There was no sugar-coatingâ€"he focused on what was truly value-for-money, which led us to choose the EX Comfort Pack. It checked all the boxes for us financially and performance-wise.

After 24 hours of careful consideration, we made our decision. Initially, we were just doing some research, and the other Korean brand was also an option, but after visiting Kia, we didn't feel the need to go to the other showroom. Dom kept us updated without us having to chase him, and his 5-star service continued when we collected the car. The service was top-notch from start to finish, and not only was I impressed, but so was my family.

Now, a little about the car. I was initially skeptical about Korean brands, carrying some outdated preconceptions. But after the test drive, I was pleasantly surprised by the Niro's quietness, performance, and overall quality. I never expected this level of refinement from Kia. In addition, the fuel efficiency has been impressiveâ€"I've been able to get over 900 km on a full tank after almost a month of driving. The car's safety features have also enhanced my driving experience, and it's surprisingly responsive when needed, with great stability on the road. Given the current crazy COE prices, this car is affordable and still allows me to enjoy dining out and going on holidays.

I hope I'm not jinxing it, but so far, everything has been positiveâ€"from Dom Wong's excellent service to the car's performance.

At the end of the day, I'd recommend test-driving the car for yourself before forming any opinions.

After driving Kia Sorento for 10 years, i walked into Kia showroom early this year to look at Kia Niro and met Dom. Dom came across as a knowledgeable sales person who could explain the various features of the car, especially the hybrid and safety features of the SX model. And why AIG insurance for your new car. All in all, he has a good grip of car trade, experienced, resourceful, patient and not pushy.

After the car was delivered last month, i noticed the rattling sound when travelling over 90km/hour. C&c actually acknowledged the problem and fixed it on the same day. Pretty impressed, i could now enjoy the solid and quiet drive of the car.
