Great Car and Alvin Ng is Outstanding

The car itself is excellent in its class as everyone else has already mentioned. But I'm writing this unsolicited review to highlight the superb service of Alvin Ng, who was allocated to me randomly by Kia. I would say he's the best car salesperson I've interacted with. Didn't once sense that he was pushy or just trying to close the deal quickly. He answered all our queries patiently and didn't rush the test drive. When I decided not to get the car at first, he was cool and didn't try to push. At car delivery, he took his time to share about the features of the car. I would also say he is very experienced and knowledgeable. He has a strong understanding of the car market and the COE market forces. Based on how he saw the market, he could advise us accordingly. Extremely Practical & Fuel Efficient

My first car that I've owned. I purchased the Comfort EX as it was on sale. Collected more than a year ago. Extremely spacious for its size and cc. The drive is also very smooth. The back seat can easily fit 4 average sized Singaporeans. The boot can easily fit 2 large luggages and then some. It is extremely fuel efficient in Singapore where I rarely drive above 100km/h. However, fuel efficiency drops once I travel at speeds beyond that (mostly in Malaysia). This car is definitely a huge value add to my family and so far, hasn't been anything close to a liability.
