The all new Audi R8 is the much anticipated successor to Audi's first supercar, and will be the fastest and most powerful Audi production model ever.

A newly released video offers an entertaining look at the new car, and how the original car passes on the baton to the new model. More powerful and dyamic than its predecessor, the new R8 V10 generates 610bhp from its naturally aspirated V10 engine, and receives a completely new application of quattro all-wheel drive. It was co-developed alongside the R8 LMS racecar, and shares approximately 50 percent of the same parts, including the V10 engine.
