Goodyear has received the Top Employers Europe certification for the fifth consecutive year. This European award builds on the success achieved in 13 of Goodyear's country organisations within the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and the U.K. have all been certified.

This important certification is granted by the independent organisation, Top Employers Institute, to companies that 'create excellence in the conditions for their people'. The focus of the institute's assessment is on key HR processes and procedures, closely aligned with the Strategy Roadmap's goal, and specifically to 'engage and enable associates to realise their full potential'.

Goodyear scored particularly high in talent strategy, performance management, career and succession management, and learning and development. The certificate also gives Goodyear the opportunity to compare its processes with other big players in the market and to further improve its working environment.
