Goodyear Singapore held its dealers conference dinner for 2024 at Dusit Thani Laguna hotel on 21 September.
Goodyear is one of the world's largest tyre companies, and also a well-known tyre brand that drivers are familiar with. Founded in 1989, Goodyear hails from Akron, Ohio, U.S.A and has been producing excellent tyres for more than a century.
The brand continues to innovate, introducing tyres designed and made with cutting-edge technology to ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable driving experience. At this year's Goodyear Singapore Dealer Conference dinner, Goodyear took the opportunity to showcase a range of its latest tyres to the attendees.
Among the tyres on display was the new Goodyear Assurance ComfortTred. The Assurance ComfortTred is a luxury tyre that aims to minimise noise while offering excellent wet grip. Constructed with Goodyear's ANX technology, the Assurance ComfortTred has an extra noise and vibration cancelling layer built with the brand's advanced compound. The closed pattern design also helps to reduce air pumping noise, while a high number of smaller tread blocks further improve noise reducing performance.
Over the course of the dinner banquet, Goodyear Singapore's representatives took to the stage to share the brand's growth and achievements over the past year. The transformation of four dealers' facilities into brand-new Goodyear Autocare branded stores was showcased. Additionally, Goodyear Singapore also announced its new tyre labels at the dinner.
As the night went on, information from tests and surveys conducted on Goodyear's tyres was also presented, supporting the brand's commitment to creating the safest and best-performing tyres for drivers. Goodyear's 3X Superior Quality ethos was introduced at the dinner - Goodyear commits to producing Stronger, Safer and Sustainable tyres that will improve puncture resistance, improved braking distance and long-lasting tyres.
