Shortly before its world premiere, Skoda provides a first look at the new Karoq compact Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV). Skoda's new, emotive and dynamic SUV design language is easily recognisable. The Skoda Karoq has a striking character and features crystalline elements that demonstrate power and robustness, as well as elegance.
The larger dimensions (4,382mm long, 1,841mm wide and 1,605mm high) significantly enhance ride comfort for its occupants and add to the boot's capacity of 521 litres, which increases to 1,630 litres with the rear seats folded down. As part of the Skoda 2025 future strategy, the brand will be rigorously pushing the expansion of its model range in the coming years.
The focus will be on expanding its SUV portfolio, in particular, with the launch of the Skoda Kodiaq - a new large SUV, which was introduced to international markets only recently - and now with the introduction of the Skoda Karoq. The new compact SUV will be celebrating its world premiere on 18th May in Stockholm, Sweden. Its market launch will follow in the second half of 2017.
