The new Skoda Superb flagship has arrived in Singapore, featuring a new updated design and new advanced safety systems.

Skoda's Superb flagship has arrived in Singapore.

The upgraded model boasts Skoda's latest innovations in terms of safety, driving comfort, technology and functionality, providing customers with an exceptional amount of space and numerous features from higher-tier segments.

New LED rear lights with cut-glass graphics feature at the rear of the new car
Design-wise, the Superb's radiator grille now bears double slats, is larger and protrudes a little further down into the front apron. A new front bumper lengthens the Superb by 8mm to 4,869 mm, giving it even more of a visual presence. The accentuated coupe-like silhouette and the crisp 'tornado line' meanwhile, draw attention to the bold wheel arches at the front and back.

At the rear, the new Superb now bears the new 'SKODA' block lettering and sports new LED rear lights with cut-glass graphics and three crystalline elements, and dynamic indicators increase noticeability of its light signals.

Boasting a generous amount of interior space and a maximum boot capacity of 1,760-litres, Skoda's flagship continues to set the benchmark in its segment.

The Laurin & Klement variant gets a 9.2-inch touchscreen paired with the Canton premium sound system
On the interior, the Bolero infotainment system comes with an 8.0-inch touchscreen, while the Columbus infotainment system on the Laurin & Klement version features a 9.2-inch touchscreen as well as gesture and voice control.

Both systems come with SmartLink technology for Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and MirrorLink as standard for easy smartphone integration. The Laurin & Klement version is also fitted with a Canton premium sound system, sporting 11 speakers and a subwoofer in the boot to deliver an acoustic treat for occupants in the car.

Skoda Front Assist with Predictive Pedestrian Protection, Side Assist, and Park Assist with Manoeuvre Assist comes as standard on all variants of the Superb, while Laurin & Klement variants also get Dynamic Chassis Control, Adaptive Cruise Control, and a Panoramic sunroof.

The updated Skoda Superb will be sold in Singapore with a 2.0-litre turbocharged TSI engine producing 188bhp and 320Nm of torque, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch DSG transmission.

Skoda Singapore is also offering a special launch promotion for the first 20 units of the Skoda Superb sold. For further enquiries, contact Skoda Singapore here.
