Series production of the BMW i3 has now to come to an end, some eight and a half years after the electric compact model was first launched.

The special BMW i3s HomeRun Edition comes in either a Frozen Dark Grey or a Frozen Dark Red II exterior paint finish In celebration of the model's close of production, BMW has built 10 examples of a special BMW i3s HomeRun Edition. These special models get a either a Frozen Dark Grey and Frozen Dark Red II exterior paint finish, marking the first time the i3 has had a Frozen paint finish from BMW Individual.
The limited edition models also get 20-inch light alloy wheels, an electrically operated glass roof, and adaptive LED head lights. In the cabin meanwhile, the BMW i3s HomeRun Edition is finished in Vernasca Dark Truffle leather upholstery, and gets a leather instrument panel, a leather steering wheel with galvanised trim, and a Carum Grey roof lining.
