The website presents the firm's annual North American Environmental Reports as well as feature stories and videos that bring to life the people, partnerships and inside stories of innovation behind the company's progress. For 2022, this report has been updated and streamlined, and now includes additional data metrics tables to help readers better understand the company's progress on its environmental sustainability goals across its operations and product lines in North America.

Notable achievements for the firm in 2022 include the market launch of its first mass-market battery electric vehicle, the Toyota bZ4X in the U.S.A and Canada. The firm also states that it has restored up to 132 million gallons of water to the Hardy River in the U.S.A as part of a partnership with the Nature Conservancy to restore water to the Colorado River Delta. It has also achieved a 19% reduction in the weight of plastic packaging procured between 2018 and 2022, while 93% of all waste was recycled, reused or repurposed in 2021.
