After seeing McLaren put a 17-year old girl at the helm in 2021, Aston Martin has opted not to be outdone this International Women's Day.
The firm will cast its doors open to women and girls at its iconic heritage site in Newport Pagnell come 8 March 2023, so all can experience a day in the life of an Aston Martin employee.
The event is designed to highlight to women the various employment opportunities in the automotive sector The event is aimed at highlighting the various employment opportunities in the automotive sector, and will include a tour of the facility and heritage dealership, and offer visitors the opportunity to converse in a panel event with the Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One team.
Guests will also have the chance to hear from female leaders across Aston Martin's business, before enjoying a meeting with Aston Martin Formula One team Chief Information Officer, Clare Lansley.
