Mercedes-Benz Classic will be bringing some of its most iconic cars to the 2023 I.C.E. St. Moritz.

Kicking off the lineup is the C111. The car will be available as a static display, and will also take part in dynamic laps around the circuit. First revealed as a research vehicle at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 1969, the C111 sported a wedge shape and gullwing doors, and also had a glass-fibre-reinforced plastic body and was powered by a three-rotor Wankel engine, although a later, V8-powered variant will be making its way to the event.

Also set to be present at both the static and dynamic displays is an authentic replica of the W198 300 SLS Touring Sports Car. The 300 SLS Touring Sports Car weighed 360kg less and offered 20bhp more than the 300 SL Roadster, figures which allowed factory-backed Paul O'Shea to win the American Sports Car Championship in category D with a clear lead over the competition.

Also available only as a static display at the event will be the Mercedes-Benz 600. Equipped with a 246bhp V8 engine, the 600 came with hydraulically-controlled convenience features for seat adjustment, opening and closing of doors, windows and boot lid. Added to this were air suspension, power steering and a central locking system as well as an electronically-controlled heating and ventilation system, making it truly state-of-the-art for the period.
