After donating socks and blankets to the homeless across the month of February, Subaru of America, Inc. have announced that it has worked with its retailers and local shelters across the U.S.A to help more than 47,000 shelter pets find loving homes.
The feat was accomplished in October 2022 as part of the firm's Subaru Loves Pets campaign, which saw a total of 600 retailers hosting adoption events at their retail locations, in partnership with local animal shelters.
Subaru states that the campaign, which first started in 2019, has already helped a total of 106,000 shelter pets find their forever homes. Subaru retailers across the U.S.A additionally donated more than $2.15 million to local shelter partners this year, helping them to continue to care for animals.
